  • You MUST be a U.S. Resident, or Citizen with a valid social security number.
  • You MUST have a valid and unexpired photo ID, U.S. Driver's License or, any Passport.
  • You MUST have a U.S. based working cell phone number.
  • You must have a strong internet connection, a quiet and private place, to work in silence and undisturbed.
  • You MUST speak English fluently or, have someone that translates for you, sessions are in English only as required by the Florida Statutes, no exceptions.
  • You MUST be able to email your documents to the notary in PDF format,โ€‹ (other formats will not be accepted).
  • Once the session has started, it cannot be stopped and re-started. You are responsible to maintain a strong internet connection, and ensuring Audio and Video are both working. If you are unable to have working Audio and Video, the session will be cancelled at the notary's discretion. No refunds after a session has started.
  • You will have two attempts to pass the KBA questions (knowledge based answers) to prove your identity, if you fail 2 consecutive times, you can make a new attempt in 24 hrs, this is a default feature to deter against fraud, and it is not controlled by the notary.

How It Works

How It Works

Before starting, speak with the notary to explain what kind of document(s) you have and if witnesses are needed or not, to give you specific instructions.

1. In order to start the session, you have to pay the notary fees first via credit card over the phone (5% service charge added to the transaction) or ZELLE or PayPal (5% service charge added to the transaction, which total will be disclosed in advance for client approval).

2. Set up time-day.

3. Upload the document via email in a PDF format.

4. The technology will guide you through the identity validation process.

5. Your notarization will be conducted through an audio-video call with a notary through "RONARY", a Florida-authorized technology application.

6. Finish downloading your document, the notary will deliver via email your executed documents.
