Mobile Notary Service $10.00 per notarization, plus travel fees. This service is available to any person who needs a notarization in Miami: powers of attorney, advanced health care documents, acknowledgments, affidavits, oaths, wills, apostilles, bills of sale. One of our notaries will travel to your location and perform the notarization needed, usually within the hour from the time of your notice. This service is very convenient for clients who need to legalize documents with an Apostille in an urgent manner, or have hospitalized relatives, or busy Attorneys who demand a fast service and would rather be in their office than on the road.
Known as level 2 fingerprints background check, we are an authorized provider of Live Scan Fingerprinting Service in Miami-Dade Florida. We can schedule your appointment for fingerprinting in our centrally located office, and we are also able to come to the location of your choice and fingerprint applicants on sight. While we welcome walk-ins, we strongly recommend you call us ahead for appointments before coming in, to provide you with a wait free fingerprinting service experience. Our Live Scan fingerprinting equipment is the latest and most technologically advanced, and it is FBI & FDLE certified and approved to provide the required fingerprinting service that complies with all the law enforcement regulations. Furthermore; the scanner we use to provide the fingerprinting service at Miami Notary, LLC is the same kind found in most U.S. airports used by many different law enforcement agencies throughout the U.S. therefore you can rest assured the quality of the fingerprints we take is of the highest possible quality available on the field at the present time. Each fingerprinting appointment takes about 10 minutes, and you are required to bring a non-expired state issued picture ID, such as U.S. Driver's License, ID card or Passport or Resident Card. Also you need to bring your ORI number, associated with your profession, or purpose of fingerprints. Please refer to the fingerprinting tab for pricing details.

Service Fees:
- Miami International Airport (MIA): $175 for the first document, $10 for each additional document. Any notarization at MIA is considered an emergency, even during regular business hours. Payment must be made upfront via our website.
- Miami Metro Area: $150 flat-rate travel fee + $10 per signature notarized thereafter.
- Doral Area: $175 travel fee + $10 per signature notarized thereafter.
- Aventura & Kendall: $175 travel fee + $10 per signature notarized thereafter.
- Broward County: $200 flat travel fee.
- Palm Beach County: Call for a quote.

Also known as FBI background check, we are able to fingerprint you, and obtain your FBI report in approximately 7 business days, and then legalize and authenticate your FBI Report at the U.S.D.O.S. with an apostille from the federal government. Current processing time for apostilles at the USDOS is 3-4 weeks approximately. Please call us for a quote. Certified translations of your FBI into every language are also available. FDLE (Florida Dept. of Law Enforcement) background checks (whole state of Florida) - $145.00.

Miami Notary, LLC Mobile Closing Service
Mobile Closing Service please call for pricing. Mobile Closing fees for the seller side are $175.00 and for the buyer side $275.00 which include: 1st and 2nd loan packages and emailed docs, for Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. Client's "no show" and cancellations within less than 4 hours of the appointment will have a cost of $100.00 to cover for the Notary's time, travel and expenses.

Mortgage Home Loan Signings
This service is provided to Title & Escrow Companies as well as to Financial and Lending Institutions. Our Notary-Signing Agents will travel to the borrowers' location to perform closings. Once the closing has been performed the package will be returned to the the proper entity. If the Company or institution is local, the documents will be hand delivered. Otherwise the documents will be shipped out to you by the courier of your choice. All our Notary-Signing Agents are professional, and very well trained in handling this kind of documents, and we are expert at explaining them to the borrowers. Your Documents will be handled properly and returned back to your office in a timely manner, since we are well aware of how time-sensitive they are.
